Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language summary of how Batchcraft handles data, written to be genuinely accurate about what the product does today — not a law-firm template. It isn't legal advice; if you need a jurisdiction-specific policy, have a lawyer review this before you rely on it.
What we collect
- Account data — your email and name, via Firebase Authentication (email/password or Google sign-in).
- Brand assets you upload — logos, product photos, screenshots, PDFs, and website content you paste or scrape, used only to generate your ads.
- Generated output — the ad creatives and reels Batchcraft produces for you.
- Usage & billing data — credits spent, plan tier, and payment metadata (see Payments below).
- Basic technical data — request logs needed to operate the service (we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site).
Who processes it
We use a small set of named subprocessors, each only for what it says here — we don't sell or share your data beyond this list:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and account data storage.
- Anthropic — processes brand copy to draft ad text and creative direction.
- Replicate — runs the image/video models used for photo compositing and motion reels.
- Stripe — handles payment. We never see or store your card number; Stripe processes it directly.
Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies/local storage — to keep you signed in and remember your theme and active brand. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.
How long we keep it
Your brand assets and generated creatives are kept for as long as your account is active, so your history and batches stay available. Delete your account (or ask us to) and we delete the underlying files and records, other than what billing law requires us to retain for tax/invoice purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to export, correct, or delete your data, or to tell you exactly what we hold on you. Email hello@batchcraft.studio — we respond to these requests ourselves, no ticket queue.
Brand-safety note
Your uploaded assets and brand content are used only to generate ads for your own account — never to train a shared model, never shown to other customers, and never used as reference material for another brand's creatives.
